Choc Chip Hazelnut Bars

Choc Chip Hazelnut Bars

2 cups skinned hazelnuts

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

4 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons almond butter

1 tablespoon coconut oil, soft

100 grams dark chocolate, roughly broken

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt 

Preheat your oven to 180℃ or 350℉. Grease and line a square 20cm tin with

baking paper. 

Place the ingredients into your processor and blend until they are broken down

and sticking together.

Press the mixture firmly into your prepared tin.

Bake for 18 – 20 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and leave the 

slice to cool in the tin.

Place the slice in the fridge for one hour prior to cutting.

Slice. Serve. Eat and enjoy. 

Makes 16 squares.
