Quick and Easy Choc Chip Anzac Bliss Balls

Choc Chip Anzac Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup dry roasted cashews
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon honey*
  • 1 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup dark choc chips
  1. Place the ingredients, except for the choc chips, into your processor and blend at high speed until the mixture resembles a fine, sticky crumb (try to not over blend). Add the choc chips and mix to combine. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls into the fridge overnight to set.
  2. Eat and enjoy.

*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
notes – if the mixture is sticky use slightly damp hands to shape the balls.
