Low FODMAP Chocolate Fudge
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined and looking delicious. Spoon the mixture into the holes of a mini silicon muffin tray and place in the fridge or freezer to set and to store.
