Lemon Delicious Mug Cake
- zest one lemon
- juice half lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon almond meal
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Pour the mixture into a mug or ramekin and place it into the microwave. Cook for 2 minutes.
