School Lunch Box Popcorn
- 1/4 cup popcorn kernals, popped
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, liquid
- 1 tablespoon hulled tahini
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 180C or 350F and line a tray with baking paper.
- Place the coconut oil, tahini, honey, vanilla and salt into a bowl and mix to combine. Pour the mixture over your popped popcorn and mix to combine.
- Spread the popcorn onto your tray in an even layer and bake for six minutes, stir the popcorn half way through the cooking time. Once the popcorn is golden remove it from the oven and leave it on the tray to cool.
- Eat and enjoy.
