I made this fudge for a friend who follows the FODMAP diet, the recipe was than requested by everyone who tried it. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Chocolate and PB Fudge
the PB
- 6 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablepoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- pinch of salt

- 2 teaspoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons cacao
Place the ingredients for the PB layer into a heat proof bowl and heat until the oil starts to melt. Remove from the heat and stir the ingredients until they are smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into a silicon loaf tin and place it into the freezer while you make the chocolate layer.
Place the ingredients for the chocolate layer into a heat proof bowl and heat until the oil starts to melt. Remove from the heat and stir the ingredients until they are smooth and well combined. Spoon the mixture on top op the peanut butter layer and use a skewer or knife to swirl it. Return the slice to the freezer to set.
Slice. Serve. Eat. Enjoy.
