My precious girls favorite colour is pink, she is also fond of smoothies and all things edible. My delightful boy enjoys drinking smoothies and consuming little else. I’m happy knowing that my children’s diet is nourishing and complete. This recipe pleases us all.
My daughters face lights up when she comes home from school and is greeted by a pink smoothie; my son happily slurps away, and I remain chilled when dinner time rolls around and the baby refuses to eat, oblivious that I have already pumped him full of goodness.
Make it Pink Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 ripe pear
1/2 small beetroot
1/2 avocado
1 celery stalk
1 cup of water
small handful of ice
Throw into the blender, blend and enjoy!
