My kids love this 3 Minute Pudding and so do I. If you don’t like banana give it a miss, but otherwise be sure to whip it up. It is simple and it is delicious. Enjoy.
3 Minute Pudding
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and mashed
- 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter*
- 1 teaspoon honey**
- Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Allow to cool slightly.
- Eat and enjoy.
*you can sub the peanut butter with almond butter if preferred. To make this nut free sub the peanut butter with hulled tahini.
**you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
