Because I am always short on time and because I love to eat delicious things. Enjoy.

1 Minute Satay Zoodles

  • 1 heaped tablespoon crunchy peanut butter*
  • 3 teaspoons tamari**
  • 1 heaped teaspoon honey***
  • 2 teaspoons coconut milk (optional)
  • 1 zucchini, zoodled

the extras

  • crushed peanuts
  • wedge of lemon
  • salt (optional)
  1. Place the peanut butter, tamari, honey and milk into a small bowl and mix until smooth and well combined. Toss the zoodles through the dressing until coated. Sprinkle over the crushed peanuts and serve with lemon and salt if desired.
  2. Eat and enjoy!

*you can use almond butter if you prefer.

**you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.

***you an use coconut aminos if you prefer.

    • Mine is old and I don’t even know the brand, it isn’t fabulous but it does the job. Sorry I haven’t been much help.
