I couldn’t love this book anymore! It was an amazing project to work on! The book is filled with over 100 exclusive recipes that cannot be found anywhere else, not in other books and not on the website. I believe this book showcases my best work, my quickest, easiest and most delicious recipes. The book, like the bulk of my work, is gluten, grain, dairy and refined sugar free. There is also very minimal use of eggs and by substituting honey with rice malt syrup or maple syrup the bulk of the recipes will be suitable for vegans.
As with all of my recipes the book uses a small collection of readily available ingredients that you will use time and again. I have far too many favourites to do the book credit but the lemon tart, chocolate tart, choc hazelnut bars, crunchy nut chocolate and caramel slice, mud cake mixture bliss balls, choc topped fruit and nut fudge and lemon and macadamia ice cream are great places to start!
